With 35+ years experience as a senior supply chain operations and engineering leader at retailers including Walmart, Dollar Tree and Neiman Marcus, Rick has a strong record of delivering strategic operating capabilities and efficiencies. His expertise in the specialty retail, grocery, general merchandise and technology channels have allowed Rick and his teams to deliver impactful results in retail distribution, ecommerce fulfillment, third-party logistics and store operations.
As both an internal and external consultant, Rick has delivered major initiatives focused on distribution network optimization, distribution / fulfillment center design and implementation — including mechanized and automated material handling equipment systems — and performance management systems implementation, including process improvement, engineered labor standards and incentive system design and implementation.
